Karens TimeSync
Karen's TimeSync automatically synchronizes your system time to an Internet time server. It includes a large list of international servers, organized by country and listed with detailed information about each. You can choose to run the synchronization on a regular schedule, or if you prefer, only manually on demand.
Neutron
Neutron is a very simple and small time synchronizing program that retrieves the accurate time from one of several specialized time servers on the Internet. Once the network time has been retrieved the program can set your computer`s clock to match it. Neutron is very small (6k), and comes with just the right features you really need to get your time synched, without having to fuzz with tons of options and settings. Download it, set it and forget it.
SymmTime
SymmTime 2008 is a convenient multi-zone desktop time utility that displays the current time in different parts of the world. In addition, it can automatically synchronizes your system clock to any NTP (Network Time Protocol) server accessible over the internet. You can add your own locations, edit time zones and customize the display. The program runs in the system tray and can be customized in size and appearance. Nice little program.
1Click Clocksync
Team Time
Team Time is a simple tool that designed for groups of people who work or play together but live in different timezones. It allows you to create multiple list and groups of friends, and displays the local time for each entry. The current version is fairly basic in functionality.
Li`l Atomic Clock
Li`l Atomic Clock is a simple time synchronization tool that can automatically adjust your system time with an NTP server over the internet. It includes a list of international servers to choose from, runs in the system tray and can be set to sync automatically on startup or every X hours.
SP TimeSync
SP TimeSync is a simple tool to synchronize your computer`s clock with any Internet atomic clock (time server). It uses Network Time Protocol (NTP) which provides accuracy of several milliseconds depending on the characteristics of the synchronization source and network paths. It does not include any server configurations, you`ll need to select one from the link in the help file.
WebTime 2000
Dimension 4
Dimension 4 synchronizes your PC`s time using either SNTP or The Time Protocol. You can setup Dimension 4 to check and synchronize your time every time you connect to the Internet. You can select from a large list of time servers or add your own. Once the time is verified, the program can be set to exit automatically. Also provides long-term statistical data for time correction.

Time Synchronizer
Time Synchronizer synchronizes your computer clock over the Internet with a public time server, that uses an atomic clock. You can easily set it up to startup at Windows boot, automatically connect to a time server, synchronize the system clock and then quit - that way it does not consume any further resources. If you need to make sure that your time is synchronized at all times, you can choose to minimize it to the tray and update the time every X minutes.
ArGoSoft Time Synchronizer
ArGoSoft Time Synchronizer is a NT/2000/XP service application, which periodically connects to NIST time servers, and synchronizes your computer clock with atomic clock, maintained by the US National Institute of Standards and Technology. It can be used to synchronize the time with any time server via TCP or UDP. ArGoSoft Time Synchronizer is completely transparent and runs as background process, configurations are done via the Windows Control Panel.
AnalogX Atomic TimeSync
Set your computers clock using the same time used by the US military! AnalogX Atomic TimeSync uses any NTP server (such as the one run by NIST) and sets your system clock. It can be configured to offset the time by any amount, periodically re-sync the time, plus it even has a built-in NTP server, so that once you ve synchronized one machine on your local network, you can automatically sync all of the other machines to it! The master time server is also totally customizable, so you can change it from the default time.nist.gov to any other NTP time server out there.
