DLNA media streaming server TVersity (Free Edition) is a media streaming server that enables you to play media content on your TV or mobile devices. The program can stream content to devices supporting the UPnP AV/DLNA standard (Xbox 360, PS3 etc.) as well as web enables devices (e.g. SmartPhones) and Flash/RSS enabled devices (Full list). Getting the software to work is as simple as starting the streaming server on your computer and accessing it from your AV/DLNA enabled device. Before you can view any of your content, you have to add it to the TVersity library by selecting the folder and/or file you want to share. In addition to local files, the program also supports Internet content from YouTube and RSS feeds (Hulu, BBC and others are supported in the paid version). TVersity uses on-the-fly transcoding, which allows you to play most media formats, even if your device does not directly support it. Copyright Snapfiles.com
